Co-founder of the firm, commenced his career with KPMG’s technology team in Reading before moving home with a mid-tier firm working across audit, tax, accounts and consultancy.
In 2005 Richard joined Ernst and Young as an audit Senior before moving into Ernst and Young’s growing Corporate Finance team in 2007. While working in Corporate Finance Richard gained experience in due diligence, M&A, private equity and restructuring working on deals ranging from £1m to $1bn.
Richard is passionate about business growth and being the trusted advisor. Richard has a keen eye for opportunity and leverages off his previous and current experience in guiding clients through commercial issues as well as tax and accounting.
When Richard is not working he can be found at home with his wife and children apologising for the amount of time he spends working.
